Engouement des futurs ingénieurs pour DRÄXLMAIER
En tant que partenaire de cet événement DRÄXLMAIER Group a eu une participation remarquable a travers notamment un stand réservé à la présentation des produits DRÄXLMAIER et de ses différentes unités de production en Tunisie. Les futurs ingénieurs (étudiants en Classe terminale) qui se sont afflués sur le stand DRÄXLMAIER ont montré un intérêt particulier au Group, exprimant leur désir d'entamer leur carrière d'ingénieur au sein de l'une des usines de DRÄXLMAIER en Tunisie.
Une équipe de DRÄXLMAIER a été en effet présente au stand pour présenter le Group et répondre à toutes les questions des visiteurs.
Par ailleurs, deux Managers du Groupe, En l'occurrence M. Abdennacer Hmadi et M. Walid Baccouch ont participé à la bourse des PFE, présentant les besoins du Group en Tunisie en termes de projets de recherche dans le cadre des projets de fin d'études que les étudiants-ingénieurs sont appelés à réaliser au terme de leur cursus universitaire.
Les étudiants ont eu droit a des interviews one-to-one avec les managers du Group en vue de leur expliquer la teneur des projets de recherche proposés ainsi que de les orienter en fonction et leur profil, de leur formation et de leurs intérêts.
20 projets de recherche en été en fait proposés aux étudiants-ingénieurs qui ont fait preuve de motivation et d'enthousiasme pour réaliser des études relatives aux domaines d'activité de DRÄXLMAIER.
